It was another big month of selling wedding gowns at Brides for a Cause!
We sold a record-breaking 90 wedding gowns in June, raising $10,098 for our partner charity Wish Upon A Wedding! We sold these dresses at two road show events in Portland and Eugene. We also have a bridal store in Portland that is open by appointment. This month, we also started to sell our vintage style gowns on Etsy! Funds sent to Wish Upon A Wedding are used to provide weddings for couples facing terminal illness. As previously announced, Wish Upon A Wedding is granting a wedding to a local couple in September. We can ship your gown to you! Don’t forget – even though all of our dresses are donated, it doesn’t mean used. We receive brand new dresses from bridal stores around the country. In June we received 117 from a bridal store in Missouri and a huge shipment of designer wedding gowns from a bridal store in Minneapolis!
