Brides for a Cause is unlike the traditional bridal store experience! We collect and resell donated wedding dresses from bridal stores, designers and individuals to raise funds for charity. We offer a relaxed, welcoming and friendly environment for brides and staff. Our workplace is team oriented, where our employees don’t work on commission so that brides can shop stress-free. All dresses are sold off-the-rack, no ordering!!
The store manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the Tacoma boutique. This position will oversee the store’s inventory, dress donations, record keeping, admin, in-store sales, sales reports, staffing/employees, customer relations, social media, events/sales, supplies, budgeting among other important duties. The manager will report directly to the Founder and collaborate with the other stores in Portland, Seattle and Sacramento.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in bridal, fashion or retail as well as 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Those with previous bridal experience are encouraged to apply!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about bridal, is a self starter, has a positive attitude, possesses great customer service and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast spaced work environment, is sales driven, works well with others, and can complete tasks on time with little to no oversight.
The manager will be expected to work ~35-40 hours a week and must be available to work weekends. The typical work week for managers is Tuesday-Saturday.
Pay & Benefits
Salary range is between $21-25/hour + a comprehensive benefits package that includes fully paid healthcare.
