Brides for a Cause is more than a bridal store - it's a bridal store to raise funds for charity! We are partnered with Wish Upon A Wedding, a non profit organization dedicated to granting weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness and serious life-altering situations.
Brides for a Cause collects and resells donated wedding dresses on behalf of Wish Upon A Wedding to help raise funds for the charity. We collect new and gently used wedding dress donations from individuals and bridal stores around the country and resell them at discounted prices up to 75% off, giving brides an opportunity to find a great wedding dress at a great price while helping a great cause. The wedding dresses are resold at road shows hosted by Brides for a Cause around the country, online and at our bridal store in Portland, OR. Approximately, 50% of the selling price of each dress goes directly to our partner charity to give them funds they need to grant weddings for couples in need, while the remaining 50% is retained by Brides for a Cause to run this wedding dress fundraiser.
